In continuous effort to accomplish our six-point agenda, Victorias City Mayor Javi Benitez launched the Sidlak City Digital Network Assets and Project VECTOR to ensure that every Victoriahanon can have access to e-government services and that sustained community resilience is feasible.

Victorias City is the first in the Visayas to launch a One-stop Mobile Citizen App with ITBS to fully revolutionize and digitalize our government operations. Our Documentary Security Seal with Intellogram is also a first in our region. And recently, Victorias City was hailed as the first LGU to successfully implement Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in the province.
