We were honored to welcome First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, Congressman Sandro Marcos, and Vinny Marcos on the first day of the weekend MassKara culmination.

With the First Family coming to Bacolod signified that the whole nation is one with the city in bringing back that world renowned Masskara smile. May the celebration create positive ripples in other regions and cities across the country.

We would like also to congratulate Barangay 17 for bagging the championship title during the Electric MassKara Float and Dance Off Competition followed by Barangay 25 and Barangay 32. The vibrant colors of the celebration are etched forever in the hearts of every Bacolodnon and everyone who came and witnessed the historic Balik Yuhum Masskara festival.
